I am very lucky to have 3 amazing trees in my yard, orange, lemon, and apricot. Trees are the so important and the only natural source of oxygen in our atmosphere. Without oxygen, Our life is not possible on earth. Trees consume the carbon dioxide from the environment and give out oxygen which balances the amount of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Trees are the reason human life exists on earth. Trees feed us with there fruits and nuts, shade us, make us feel peaceful by there stature and beauty. Does McDonalds Own Chipotle?
Chipotle was founded in 1993 by Steve Ells in Denver, Colorado, funded by an $85,000 loan from his dad, according to an excellent article by the Rocky Mountain News, Denver’s now defunct paper. The restaurant was based upon Ells time in San Francisco where he studied the burrito stands in the city’s Mission district. His instincts were vindicated as the restaurant was an immediate success. Ells managed to open a chain of five stores around Denver by 1998.
After this initial success, McDonalds did enter the picture, purely as an investment partner in 1998, technically making Chipotle a subsidiary of McDonalds. That same article from the Rocky Mountain News mentions, very briefly, that Ells family connections to McDonalds helped pave the road for Chipotle’s massive expansion. We did not independently verify this fact, but it was published in a major American newspaper, giving it substantial weight in our minds

Impurities in Petroleum Jelly "can it get any worse" try Un-Petroleum
Breast cancer and impurities. EWG's assessment of product ingredient labels and data on cancer-causing chemicals identified three common impurities in personal care products that are linked to mammary tumors in animal studies — ethylene oxide, PAHs, and 1,3-butadiene.
The ingredients for which these impurities are of concern are used in one of every four personal care products on the market (Table 4).
Among girls born today, one in eight is expected to get breast cancer and one in 30 is expected to die from it (NCI 1996, 1997, 2000). A review by scientists from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory shows that as many as one of every five chemical carcinogens causes mammary tumors in laboratory studies, indicating that the breast is more sensitive to carcinogens than almost any other tissue in the body (Gold et al. 1991). EWG's identification of three impurities linked to breast cancer does not represent a full accounting of possible mammary carcinogens in personal care products. Instead, it is a partial accounting based on the National Toxicology Program's assessment of mammary carcinogens (NTP 2000) and other sources in the peer-reviewed literature. Further study would likely identify additional ingredients in personal care products that raise concerns with respect to breast cancer.
PAHs. PAHs, or polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, are common contaminants in petrolatum, also called petroleum jelly and sold under well-known brand names like Vaseline. Petrolatum is found in one of every 14 products on the market (7.1 percent of the products assessed by EWG), including 15 percent of all lipstick and 40 percent of al baby lotions and oils. FDA restricts petrolatum in food to no more than 10 parts per million, and requires petrolatum used in food packaging or drugs to meet impurity restrictions for PAHs (21 CFR 178, 21 CFR 172.880).

Store-bought powdered cows-milk AND soy formulas are not the healthiest option for your child. Many woman, for many different reasons, cannot breastfeed. So they are stuck with buying these overly-processed powders that aren't even real food.
I, and many other doctors, fathers and woman, would rather know exactly what their child is drinking than have to deal with recalls, bugs, soy, and other toxic chemicals added.
And if you know me at all {and my need to create everything that I eat, as opposed to BUY it} you wouldn't be surprised that I wanted to investigate a way to make fresh, homemade formula.
There is a lot of controversy over powdered formula vs breast milk, goats milk versus cows milk, etc. After much research and my own health expertise, what I finally concluded was that goats milk was the best for my son. It is molecularly the closest to breast milk and often doesn't cause the phlegm that cows does. But I realize it's lacking enough carbohydrates and also nutrients like DHA, folic acid and B vitamins when compared to breast milk. So, I asked my midwives AND pediatrician about this and what I decided to do was a mix of goats milk, carrot juice, water, b vitamins and flax oil {DHA}. When my son became old enough, I supplemented with other things as well, like green juice and apple juice {fresh squeezed}, a little young coconut water, and all sorts of omegas and probiotics as well.
It's been the best decision I've made as a mother. Despite some negative comments here and there, it's at least one choice I've made as a new mom that I am very proud of and wouldn't change for the world. I think FRESH, REAL food will ALWAYS be better than anything powdered and overly-processed!
Important and GOOD side note: a pediatrician in town actually confirmed it a "suitable and healthy breast milk alternative." Doctor Mercola also recommends a similar formula, so I have learned.
Recipe:
4 oz Goats Milk
2 oz Carrot Juice
2 oz Water
a few drops Flax Oil (EFAs) with DHA
1/4tsp nutritional yeast {for the folic acid and b12 boost that goats milk lacks}
OH and Dr Mercola recommends giving your child that is solely on this type of formula some egg yolks starting at age 4 months. By this I mean giving it to him separately. Steamed. Not raw in the formula.
note: there is no BETTER food for infants than breastmilk. It is still better than this formula...if you CAN and are able to breastfeed, do that first and foremost. This recipe makes a great ALTERNATIVE to formula or supplemental/emergency feeds. If you choose formula - then that's okay too. Just do what you feel safest and most best doing. I'm just sharing information here with you that I have learned through my journies.

PURE MAMAS Cheese Recipe {easy amounts to remember}
1.5 red bell pepper
1.5 Tbls nutritional yeast
1.5 lemons, juiced
1.5 cups soaked cashews 1.5 Tbls miso
1 heaping tsp sea salt {or to taste}
Add all to a Vitamix. I would suggest you soak the cashews first, for an hour. If you don't do this, you might want to add like a tablespoon or more of water to mixture so it blends well. Blend in Vitmix until super duper smooth {no chunks or any funky texture, should look like yogurt}!
