Maxi- Hair MAXIMIZED

 I have been taking these for 4 months.
My nails, brows and hair are very strong and grows faster than before.
The ONLY down fall with these supplements is that they are big so, I have to drink lots of water.
They do go down easy but if you have a hard time swallowing pills these are NOT for you.
I tried cutting them in half, not a good idea, they don't feel so good going down.
The reason why I take these is cause they have all of your daily vitamins in 2 pills.
If you can't hang with the size of the supplement then just take 2,000 mcg of Biotin a day and that will help with your hair, skin and nails..
