sorry blurry pic

I did mine in a vitamix and only baked it covered for 30mins on 350
  • 1 large eggplant
  • 1/4 cup tahini, plus more as needed
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, plus more as needed
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/4 cup black olives

RAW Kelp Noodles No Gluten

 I know the bean will love this:
1 part miso paste
3 part raw almond or peanut butter
a little water, for creamy paste
add a little sesame seed oil and apple cider vingar, mix well.

Cut and warm noodles slightly so it is still raw add sauce and YUM...
